Jennifer,
who joined the firm in 2007, brings a strong background to her
concentration in the defense of medical malpractice claims. She
graduated, magna cum laude from Boston College in 1999 after majoring
in biology. A year later, she received a master's degree in biomedical
ethics from Case Western Reserve University. While at Case she
participated in clinical ethics rotations at several Cleveland
hospitals. Then in 2003, she received her law degree from the University
of Connecticut School of Law and was admitted to the bar. Her initial
four years of practice saw her working in med mal defense for a
Waterbury firm.
Upon
joining us, Jennifer continued that concentration and has marked
herself as an up 'n coming defense advocate, In a short period
of time, the buzz around the courthouse is that she is a tough,
determined adversary. She has successfully linked her medical
knowledge with fine litigation skills.
Jennifer
grew up in Waterford and recently returned to life there with
her husband and young daughter. Like most B.C. grads, she follows
the Eagles' football forces with passion and is, of course, a knowledgeable
Red Sox fan.
