A long time resident of Waterford, Connecticut, Tom Boyce has spent his entire legal career of more than 25 years as a trial lawyer etching an enviable reputation and becoming a master of his craft.

The first half of his time at the bar was largely devoted to representing persons who had been injured. He successfully prosecuted claims of defective motorcycles, innocent pedestrians, and victims of dangerous streets and sidewalks. Throughout those matters, he honed his trial skills and became a statewide force among litigators.

This earlier aspect of his career served as a prelude to the multi faceted trials he was to later undertake, broadening his trial career in depth and scope. The skills he steadily developed and perfected now enhance his current practice defending members of the local medical community against whom claims of malpractice are made. This work has prompted Boyce to become proficient in the underlying anatomical structures, diagnostic studies, surgical procedures, and medical processes.

Boyce also defends businesses and corporations in serious, complex matters involving product liability, industrial pollution, contract disputes, vexatious litigation, wrongful discharge and other employment matters.

Boyce’s skill and the many dimensions of his experience have been recognized in many ways. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (by invitation); he is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (by accomplishments and testing); he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Trial Advocates; and he has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1998.

A graduate of Providence College and Brooklyn Law School, Boyce is admitted to the state and federal bars in Connecticut and New York.
